Allglass Reprocessors
Allglass Reprocessors (UK) Ltd has imported the latest glass reprocessing technology to provide a solution to both the industrial and domestic waste glass streams in the UK. As a result AllGlass is fast becoming the market leader in the production of recycled glass for both domestic and commercial applications for clients across the UK and Europe and is Scotland’s first bead manufacturer.
Allglass has the capability to process glass cullet at a rate of 10 tonnes per hour, to produce a wide range of screened fractions of glass to recycle into a variety of industrial uses, where colour is not an issue. Markets such as water filtration, shot blasting with abrasive characteristics, paint additives with light reflecting properties and acoustic attenuators and insulation are now able to benefit from Allglass technology and the waste collection and processing facilities of the William Tracey Group.
AllGlass branded containers are available for customer site collections and at various civic amenity collection points across Scotland. Single collections make sense for a number of reasons, accepting mixed glass deposits in 1 container rather than 3 as with most collection points reduces collection costs and vehicle movements, larger volume collections will also enable recycling targets to be met reducing our environmental impact.
